Entire experience with Steve Romjue was 5 stars — if we could rate 6 stars we would. We came in with no intention of purchasing and Steve’s friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. He let us take th could rate 6 stars we would. We came in with no intention of purchasing and Steve’s friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. He let us take the qx30 we researched for a test drive. We gave Steve our license and on we went familiarizing ourselves with the car. On the way back we decided to hold off on purchasing and Steve told us absolutely no pressure he would make himself available when we are ready. Several weeks later we wrote back to Steve saying we were interesting in the car and financing. He sent us the form through email and we sent them back to Brenda in finance. Brenda had approved us and we decided to go ahead with the purchase. On the day of signature and delivery we noticed their was an issue on the purchase price. Steve immediately knew it had been in error and sent it back to Brenda to fix the purchase agreement without hesitation. With the corrected price Brenda was able to drop our interest rate on the spot - so we added a wrap extended warranty with the savings. We were in our qx30 and on our way. Thanks again Brenda for lowering our rate and Steve, rest assured our Infiniti referrals will be sent to you. More
