I give this dealership one star, and that's because of the salesman. other than that, be weary and stay away, like FAR AWAY. I purchased a certified 2015 Infiniti QX60 fully loaded with only a little over the salesman. other than that, be weary and stay away, like FAR AWAY. I purchased a certified 2015 Infiniti QX60 fully loaded with only a little over fifty thousand miles. From the time I left the dealership I incurred nothing but PROBLEMS. IT started with the front dash, A loud rattling noise coming inside the front of the radio, took it back to the dealer the next day for consult, they found the problem instead of replacing the broken object, they repaired it with felt tape. about a month later the problem reoccurred, again they repaired it with felt tape, within the next seven months, the transmission went. and had they had to replace my transmission with a new one, they replace my steering wheel pump because I driving on the highway with my children and the steering wheel LOCKED on me at sixty miles per HR, scaring me and family to death. The steering wheel pump was leaking and had to be replace . and after that the valve body had to be replace. All four rotors had to be replaced, the driver's side window would go down and not come back up, the driver's side kick panel lights had to be replaced. The driver's side heated and air condition seat MALFUNCTIONED and to be repaired. The secondary coolant fan stops working and had to be replaced. Mind you this vehicle was supposedly CERTIFIED BY INFINITI, WHICH AFTER SPEAKING TO A CERTIFIED MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PUSHED THRU CERTIFICATION JUST ENOUTH TO PASS WITHOUT REALLY BEING CERTIFIED. I was originally looking for an older used car and once I got to the lot I found out it was sold. Steve, one of the sales people at the dealership, approached and asked if there was anything that he could do got to the lot I found out it was sold. Steve, one of the sales people at the dealership, approached and asked if there was anything that he could do to help. I explained to him my situation and he had the perfect car for me. I was honestly impressed by everyone at the dealership. Not once did I feel pressured, I generally felt like they cared and they were very happy to help me in any way. Brenda, the loan person, was very helpful and getting me into a payment that I was comfortable with and did all she could the help as well. When I went to go pick up my car, unfortunately speed was not available so Bill took over and he was also very wonderful. I definitely recommend anyone trying to get into a car to stop here first. Don't be afraid because it's Infiniti and you think you may not get approved. It's a great place , I love my new car and they have coffee- the perfect trifecta! Thank you Steve!!! More
