I have had two Infiniti's and always serviced at INFINITI of Warwick attended by both Ron and Sergio at different times. Knowledgeable, Efficient, Courteous are the adjectives that describe them. Beyond the front desk, the auto mechanics do a great job the first time. I have never had the need to complain about their work. If there was no star I would of picked that. My car is still in service for 2 months. It has engine issues so the replaced motor, which took 2 months Ron called me the day I was suppose to pick My car is still in service for 2 months. I have always received quick, efficient, and precise service at Infinity of Warwick. The waiting room is great, big, clean, offers coffee and snacks. I never mind waiting there. I have always waited for my vehicle when it is being serviced I find the customer lounge to be clean and comfortable and it provides snacks and bottled water. I consider the Infiniti dealership to be a serviced I find the customer lounge to be clean and comfortable and it provides snacks and bottled water. I consider the Infiniti dealership to be a first class act. Unfortunately, They weren't able to get my vehicle washed and vacuumed due to a backup and I could not wait the 35 minutes I was quoted as a wait time. This is no reflection on Sergio as it was not his fault. More
David Gomez came out and greeted us while we were browsing at the new QX60. He asked if we had any questions right away we said that we weren’t ready to buy and weren’t going to buy for atleast a few browsing at the new QX60. He still took the time to go over all the features with us mind you it was 98 degrees outside! His above and beyond customer service was excellent. We of course did not purchase the car but if we decide to go with Infiniti we will be sure to use David Gomez! More
I came in for state inspection too . Work was done correctly and promptly. My car was returned thoroughly cleaned. My interactions with service representative, Ron, were great.
