QX80 Oil Change I have always dreaded getting my oil changed, because I always end up paying for 'extra things' I probably didn't need. When I bought my QX80, I made I have always dreaded getting my oil changed, because I always end up paying for 'extra things' I probably didn't need. When I bought my QX80, I made it a point to buy the Service Plan that covers my oil changes/tire rotation. Needless to say, when I go in for my oil change it is as painless as one can imagine. You drop your car off and sit in a very nice waiting area with bagels and coffee/espresso machine. You can watch TV or work on your laptop with the free WiFi. I only waited an hour. Danny Soloranzo was my Service Manager and he had the scratches on the side of my car buffed out--no charge and my car looked amazing. I really appreciated Danny doing that! After Danny showed me how they changed my wipes and buffed the side....he handed me my keys and I was done. Great service and it was hassle free...... More

The problem wasn't fixed due to warranty issues Bill was excellent. He always makes me feel welcomed and he is very efficient.
