I had an issue with my car and was leaving to go out of town with it in the coming days and Josh was able to fit me in quickly. He was efficient, thorough, professional, friendly, and helpful. This dealership reached out to me via Facebook to purchase my truck I had listed on marketplace. I knew I could get more money selling to a private party but was convinced to sell to them because I w purchase my truck I had listed on marketplace. I knew I could get more money selling to a private party but was convinced to sell to them because I was told it would be a much easier process. Almost a month later and I still don't have a check from them. I was finally told I could come in today to get a check but left empty handed. After I drove several hours to the dealership to get the check, they said they didn't have the title yet from my lending bank and will not release my check yet. Very poor communication from Jasmine. I called by bank and they said they released the title 2 weeks ago. Bank of America says it is out of their hands now and the dealership should have the title by now. I suspect they don't have the funds to pay me. I'm contacting an attorney. Do not sell your vehicle to this dealership. Do not trust what they say. Check other reviews online and you'll see others had this problem, so it's not unusual for them to take this long to pay their customers when purchasing vehicles. I wish I checked reviews before selling them my truck. More
