I already called and spoke to Nick and he obviously doesn't care because I told him that I wanted to give him a change to figure this out before I posted this and he never bothered to reach back out to me, so obviously Nick doesn't care and obviously you didn't read my entire post or else you would have already known I spoke to Nick and he dropped the ball on me. He never called me back after investigating why I was lied to like he said he would. Another fail from the service department and management at this point.
