We purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership on 9/30/23. It broke down the next day and had to be towed to a Jeep dealership for repairs. I expected better from Camelback Infiniti. I was assured the vehicle had gone through a strenuous inspection the morning we purchased it. We should have seen the red flag, when the car was not there to test drive at the scheduled time. I am wondering how their service department missed the large hole in the radiator hose. They also jacked up the internet sale price of the vehicle by $1,084.00, after we had already arrived at the dealership. They said it was the window tint and a coating they apply to all their vehicles. Hmmm...that should have been included in the advertised price of the car. The sales people seemed nice and trustworthy, but don't be fooled. More
