"Whole experience!" After a 5 year hiatus from my last Infiniti, I decided to give his brand one more try. My initially goal as I entered the dealership was just look at the new Q50 and compare it to the other brands I had already seen. Immediately I was kindly greeted by James Bakalar. I was blunt on what I was there for. I was thinking, "here we go....attack of a the car salesman!" Well that never happen! He was professional and detailed on his approach and presentation. He asked me " what do you look for in a car?" I replied ... a "mobile office and power!". After testing driving the Q50S and tinkering with its gadgetry, I was sold! In general, the whole Infiniti team made this experience well worth it! A special thanks to Lon Williams. Two days after my purchase I was still overwhelmed with the new technology. Doorstep service was provided as Lon Williams came to my house over the weekend to give me a educational tutorial. After two hours, I felt more in tune with my vehicle.
