I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a dealership. They were rude and smug and that should have been our first reason not to purchase from this dealership. However my son loved this car and I didn't want him to be disappointed as we drove from New Mexico to buy this car on 4/2/23. within 3 days of buying this used 2015 Chrysler 200 it began to leak coolant everywhere. We called the dealership and notified them of what was going on. They told us to take it to a local dealership and have them look at it. The soonest available appointment they had was 4/17/23. The Carfax report and Infiniti on Camelback told us there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. However, the local service department said the car's water pump is broken along with the thermostat and the belt. they called Infiniti on Camelback and explained to Alex Ashburn the manager what was going on. He refused to work with them and hung up on them. I then called Alex Ashburn to see why they are refusing to help. We are under the 500 or 15 day warranty. He said that the warranty only covers major mechanical issues and they could not help us. We were told from the start that we could return the car no questions asked if it was under the 500 miles or within the 15 days and now they are refusing when there is something majorly wrong with the vehicle. It can not be driven. Alex was rude, and had xxxx poor customer service. I have filed a complaint with corporate along with Infiniti. More
