My Customer Loyalty Manager made a house call (what!?) to help explain all the car's features in detail. I've had 2 Sales Reps contact me to make sure I'm happy with my purchase and to ask if I need anything. The only thing they could have done differently was to get me the car at invoice!... but then, in fairness, they are entitled to make some money on their product. ;) More

I started with an email blast to area dealerships stating what I was looking for and then completed the deal with just a few more emails; even including turning in my existing car as a trade in- all over the phone or email. Got an excellent deal working with that no one else could match as well. The post sale education of all the audio/phone/GPS etc features is awesome- Lon does a fantastic job with this and even came out to our house- we live 100 miles away! More
