Lon Williams offered to show me around my car. The 2 1/2 hours I spent with him were very informative even tho I have driven an infiniti since 2008. I did not get this same guidance from the "other" Infini hours I spent with him were very informative even tho I have driven an infiniti since 2008. But truthfully, this isn't the case. Tom still calls and emails and Lon is an absolute savior. He comes to your house after buying the car and shows you anything you need or want to know. You can call him any time and he will answer your questions and if you have any issue at all, just call him and it will be solved. There is a fine line between building rapport for a sale and building ever lasting customer loyalty. Because of Lon, the latter is the case. More
