No follow up from dealer. I had to call to receive the license bracket they had to order. Car was not detailed. 2 days later it smelled of cigarettes. The interior filter was black. So far I have purchased 2 cars from Ideal Hyundai (one new and one used) both experience were excellent. I didn’t feel like they were dragging it out or pressuring me into extra add ons like they do at ot new and one used) both experience were excellent. I didn’t feel like they were dragging it out or pressuring me into extra add ons like they do at other dealership. This time around I worked with Brionna who was awesome, she very quick to respond to my calls/emails and when I got to the dealership she was ready to go.
