We had the best car buying experience!! Never before have we had such a pleasant, experience buying a car! Mr. Cook was very friendly, down to earth and professional. I wasn't feeling well, but was interested in a specific used car advertised. He made the process enjoyable and sped up the process, making it short and to the point and worked with us the best he could to give us the best possible deal. He also provided a follow-up call to see how things were going with our new van and encouraged us to call anytime we needed anything at all. I would definitely recommend seeing Mr. Cook if you are looking for a car!!! More

It was okay I did not feel like we were presented car options like at other dealerships we visited. When I picked up the car, it had not been communicated to me I did not feel like we were presented car options like at other dealerships we visited. When I picked up the car, it had not been communicated to me that Matt had the key and not Rob. The communication could have been much better. The new car smell was overbearing and there was marks on the dashboard and trash on the floor mat, not a good new car first impression. This Hyundai dealership was better than Massey Hyundai in Hagerstown, Md. This dealership really needs a lot of help. They were terrible and the reason we drove 45 minutes to Frederick to find another dealership. More
