Always cutting corners Every time I left my car for services some of it has not done properly. Not resetting sensors on tires rotation, Not inflate tires with properly PSI, Every time I left my car for services some of it has not done properly. Not resetting sensors on tires rotation, Not inflate tires with properly PSI, last time my tires left with 41 PSI which recommended tires PSI is 35, not resetting dash board after oil change. My question is what else they do not do and I cannot notice? Some times I think if they really change the oil or just filler it up. Very frustrating. I feel like I cannot thrust. More frustrating is the fact that Ideal is the only GMC dealer in Frederick. Where else could I bring my car for services? More

Each time they perform service they always turn the lights switch to off position. After I drive away from their shop after dark, drivers were flashing their light at me because I had no lights on. I should not have to remember to check my lights. Please have them to assure that the headlights are set the way it was. The other setups doesn't matter. After finally getting approval to replace the wheels and the wheels being on backorder; when they arrived unexpectedly, Steve contacted me immediately to work on getting them put on.
