The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 stars was due to the truck only coming with one set of keys since it was transferred from another dealership. Ideal ordered a new key and FOB free of charge, however, after spending two hours at the service department they advised me the FOB was the wrong FOB and they needed to order a new one. After third trip down and another two hours spent in the service department, the new FOB was again, unable to be programed. The service department was very apologetic and did not want to waste anymore of my time so they tracked down a third FOB and had success. This was no fault of Ideal's and they were very helpful throughout the entire ordeal, just bad luck on my part. Overall the experience at Ideal was great. More

During my visit, I spoke with all three of those gentlemen again and all three were just wonderful. Most of my time was spent with my salesman, Brett, who was having a very busy day and still managed to make my car buying experience very enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership highly.
