While the overall experience was positive, it did appear that there were too few salespeople in the dealership that evening. Robert was dealing with multiple customers and trying to finalize multiple sales simultaneously. We completed the paperwork for the sale at approximately 11:00 pm that evening. Theresa, the financial / paperwork person was also very friendly and efficient. Despite the length of time spent in the dealership that evening, I'd still recommend IDEAL to my friends. More

Gave him my needs and bottom line monthly payment and I never felt pressured nor my wishes ignored. All my questions were answered and I left to do some research. I called Saturday, made an appointment with him and went in for a test drive. Again he was very respectful and answered my questions. I'm a senior citizen and Doug always made me feel respected and valued. After we agreed on a price I went on to purchase the car. Car buying is usually very stressful but this was a long but pleasant experience. The dealership was very busy this day so the financial part took awhile. More
