After looking online at several makes and models, the Sonata seemed to check all the boxes. Went into Ideal and met with Robert. Couldn't have been a better experience. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. After test driving it I ended up buying the car that day. Two days later it came in and I love the car so far. Would definitely recommend the Sonata and Ideal to anyone looking for a car. More

I arrived at 7:50am and the service technician took my information and showed me to the waiting room. They had my car finished by 9:40am which I thought was exceptional. I do not remember the gentleman's name that assisted me but he was very professional and pleasant. This is my 2nd Sonata and when I bring my car to Ideal Hyundai for service I am always satisfied. Wonderful Experience Due to the Kona EV only being sold in select states I found myself scouring the internet until I came across the exact vehicle I was looking for which Due to the Kona EV only being sold in select states I found myself scouring the internet until I came across the exact vehicle I was looking for which happened to be at Ideal Hyundai, over 1000 miles away from my home. From my first phone call with Sales Professional Doug Wagner I was treated as if I was there face to face. Doug never seemed to deem the distance as a negative thing/extra work/ or as an inconvenience which I greatly appreciated. Many other dealerships wouldn't even work with me once I told them I was out of state. From the financing application, sending pictures, transporting the vehicle half way across the US, paying close attention to the little things I had told him were important to me, and then spending more time with me over the phone going over all the new components of an electric car, all of it was seamless. This is my fourth new vehicle and it seems most sales people are there for you until you drive away, but Doug has kept the line of communication open if any other questions come up in the future. I truly couldn't ask for a better experience and a salesman just as excited for me and my new car as I was and still am! More
