I arrived early and two others sales agents , Doug and Ken helped me with The sales service that I received from Ideal Buick was absolutely wonderful. I arrived early and two others sales agents , Doug and Ken helped me with finding cars that were available. I told them that I wanted a 2019 sedan with leather seats, heated seats, NO sun roof, electric seats and other features that I had on the Buick Verano that I owned. Robert Ocasio was able to get me into the car I eventually purchased very quickly for a test drive. The car reminded me of the size of car I had with my 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. Robert made a great effort to convince me to buy this car even though it didn't have heated seats. I have since had that feature added through an after market dealer in Frederick. Robert convinced me that Ideal would arrange for the appointment and let me use a loaner car. The car was cleaned, etc., a full tank of gas, and I was the owner if a new car. I only regret that I have not had my personal training on the screen features. I think I still need that. I was supposed to come in on Monday Feb. 11 but due to slippery weather I didn't come there for help. I will get it sometime soon I hope. The service department was also very nice and explained the answers to my questions. Thank all of you for your warm welcome and thanks for making me feel very special.
