MUCHHH better than other dealers i've dealt with I think most of us know that car dealers kind of have a bad reputation. So when dealing with car dealerships I always approach with caution so I don't I think most of us know that car dealers kind of have a bad reputation. So when dealing with car dealerships I always approach with caution so I don't get tricked into any hidden fees, etc. I went to trade in my car at a couple of other dealerships in the area and they all lowballed the heck out of me on my 2014 300c to the point that I would have had to carry over my debt into my new loan. Imlay City Ford was willing to pay the loan off AND knocked off some of the price on the new car I was buying. I didn't get them down to price I wanted but they were close enough. All in all, I am pleased with the whole deal and glad I went with Imlay City Ford over the other dealers in the area. Thank ya thank ya! More

Got an amazing deal on my Jeep I found my new Jeep Grand Cherokee online and saw that it was at Imlay City Ford. I came back a couple of months later for my free oil change, they also noticed I had ran over a nail so they fixed my tire at no cost. Great Customer Service I recently went to Imlay City Ford when my engine light came on. My family was going on vacation and I hoped to have my vehicle fixed quickly. They we I recently went to Imlay City Ford when my engine light came on. My family was going on vacation and I hoped to have my vehicle fixed quickly. They were not only able to quickly identify the issue, but they also retrieved the needed part from another dealership and gave me a courtesy vehicle to drive for the evening so I could finish preparing for our trip. The service at Imlay City Ford is second to none and I highly recommend their services. More

Terrible customer service I took my care to Imlay City Ford as there was a great deal of road noise. I had had a previous problem with my shocks and struts and knew that the ti I took my care to Imlay City Ford as there was a great deal of road noise. I had had a previous problem with my shocks and struts and knew that the tires had some chopping from that issue but the road noise had increased and I thought perhaps a ball joint or wheel bearing was worn. After initial inspection I was told that the tires were shot due to uneven wear. This was expected and known to me. I was also told that the rear stabilizer bar was worn and needed replacing. I approved the repairs and received a quote for the repairs. Later on in that day I received a call stating that the tech had found that the right from wheel bearing was no good and this was not found on initial inspection. I authorized repair of this item also as I had suspicions that there might be an issue with these components. While repairing the wheel bearing the tech performing work stated and I quote from the bill "right front outer tie rod...separated during wheel bearing replacement". They told me that they would get the part in and the car would still be done that day. The part did not come in and the car was not completed until the following day. The service center also told me that due to having to replace the tie rod I would need a four wheel alignment. I told them not to break anything else while they were "fixing" my car. I had to borrow a car for work as mine was not ready and I need my car for my job. When I picked the car up the person who took me to the billing window was very smug and did not offer any sort of apology for the extra time or expense to fix the vehicle. I will NEVER deal with this dealership again and I will strongly recommend that others who are considering dealing with them look elsewhere. Worst customer service experience ever. It would seem like after a 4 days they could tell you what's wrong!! The truth is it's sat in the parking lot all week & they have done nothing . Anyplace would be better than that customer service !!! More
