Experience with Imperial Chevrolet I am in the construction industry and have owned many vehicles of different kinds, that being trucks and vans. Most of the time I spent haggeling and I ended up with the vehicle I wanted but not what I wanted to pay for it. My first experience with Imperial Chevy was awesome. Mike Brown was courteous and professional and I found that I was not pressured to buy or lease as was in the past. Tim the manager was most courteous when talking money and payments. I have never experienced a no pressure sales pitch like I experienced when I came to Imperial. These men are real pros and the most courteous men I have ever dealt with. I found the different online prices and the lot prices to be a little confusing. We were happy with the amount offered for our trade-in and came back the next day with a deposit. They put a little pressure on to leave a deposit the same day but were not overly pushy which we liked. Brian was great at communicating with us through the process and Jimmy & Ahmad were helpful with closing the deal. I would recommend this dealership and will probably return to upgrade my car in a few years. More
