I went to this dealership who in fact is almost 40 miles from my home. I found the car we wanted and purchased it, but this vehicle had a few problems. Imperial Chevrolet felt that the car wasn't safe and the owner put us in another vehicle at no cost to us. We have taken our car back for service and never been disappointed with them. When you purchase a vehicle from Imperial Cars you get First Class treatment from the Tech who fix's the car all the way to the owner. I am 68 years old and a disabled veteran in my lifetime I have purchased a number of vehicles, some being a nightmare. I will never purchase another vehicle from anyone else. Imperial Cars sell what ever you need from a Ford to what ever you are looking for. I encourage all veterans to go and see how the ownership feels about veterans, Kevin has his Uncles Purple Heart and other medals on the wall as you enter the Chevrolet showroom. ( Find me another dealership that honor's veterans this way.) I could go on for pages about this dealership. the best thing I can say is go talk to them, have a meal at the diner. When you get Great Sales, Service and Food you have had a Great Adventure. I am looking to buy again from them. More

The camaraderie and teamwork at this dealership stands out, it is truly amazing! We discussed several models and trims and the three of us looked at more cars. Once I made the decision to purchase the Equinox, Amanda & Colby said I would be able to take the car home that same day. While I worked with Omar on the financing, they ensured the car was detailed and ready with a full tank of gas. Omar made the finance portion of the day go very smoothly with his attention to detail and focus on my needs as the customer. I had a trade-in and to save me a trip back to Mendon, Amanda followed me home to get the title to my car to ensure the registration was done timely. Great follow-up by Amanda. She called me the next day to ensure I was happy with my new SUV and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Tuesday night she called to let me know the registration was in, I made arrangements to meet her Wednesday morning. On Wednesday we discussed different features on the car and she showed me how to pair my smart phone up with the car. This is my first SUV and I am enjoying it very much.
