I made made a verbal appointment on the phone for an appointment to see a vehicle the following day. I traveled more than an hour to get there and find out they sold the vehicle. They had my phone ,text appointment to see a vehicle the following day. I traveled more than an hour to get there and find out they sold the vehicle. They had my phone ,text and email to reach out and cancel the appointment which they did none. After three days I received a email from a general manager simply apologizing and offering me a tank of gas if I go back. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. More

I had a very good experience with Sam Santrisi. I went in to test drive a new car and I was able to leave with that exact car. Sam answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me I went in to test drive a new car and I was able to leave with that exact car.
