My wife and I recently purchased 2 used Jeeps and are very pleased with the vehicles and the deals we got from Imperial. I got a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee with low miles and I got a great price on it. I traded in a 2004 Jeep Wrangler and the sales manager Kevin gave me more than fair value for it so the deal worked out just as I had wanted. And my wife got a similarly great deal: a 2006 Jeep Commander with low miles on it at an unbelievable price (lower than other places we looked at first). While I had it in my mind that I was looking for a Cherokee, my wife was looking at a bunch of different SUVs but decided on the Commander ultimately. Our sales associate Jim Burke was very helpful, showing us multiple cars and assisting us with test drives; he was very nice and laid back--no stereotypical aggressive sales tactics found at this place. The sales manager Kevin was equally as nice and easy to work with. All and all, it was a great experience and would be a return customer in the future. More

I had a great vibe about the place from the beginning, and I was excited about my purchase. When i arrived to pick up my vehicle though, it wasn't ready- a miscommunication to me by the salespeople. As consumers, we're conditioned to think we're being played by car dealers. The owner, Kevin Meehan got involved immediately, calling me on my cell phone to address and assuage my concerns. He put me in touch with Chuck Ray, Service Manager, who was phenomenal. They made arrangements to rectify every facet of the problem and delivered VIP service. I was completely stunned. True businessmen understand the power of turning negative interactions into positive ones. I also enjoyed dealing with Mike and Jason in finance. They both explained my options to me with no pressure tactics. Jason found me a promotional rate with a local bank that was a full point lower than anything I'd seen online. I live 50 minutes away but will visit them again for the next car. These guys get it- go check them out. Tell them Spin sent you. More

I did not know what I wanted when we got to the lot but our salesman ML was very patient and showed us several cars we could afford. We settled on a preowned Honda that looks great. I was a little concerned when we started with the finance guy but I have to say he really made it comfortable for me. My credit is not real great but I appreciate the way he spoke to us and he was just a nice guy. I look forward to doing more business with ML and Imperial.
