Don’t believe these clowns when they say, “you’ll get a free oil change if you write a review”. Or that “all the used cars go through and multi point inspection”. To the point the the sales person Hebb pri free oil change if you write a review”. Or that “all the used cars go through and multi point inspection”. To the point the the sales person Hebb printed out the check off sheet for me to see. Come to find out, when I get my dream car home, the HORN doesn’t work. If you do a multipoint inspection, you would think they’d check that. Not like it’s going to pass inspection with that problem. Was lucky that it was just a fuse that was somehow missing and now I just have to sit and wonder why. Even after doing everything correct for the free oil change, and letting them know what happened with the horn, they still were making me jump through hoops to get the voucher! Well now I’ve had enough! Besides I don’t what techs that don’t even check basic things anywhere near my car!! More

Update: After I posted my review, Matt the sales manager called me. Said he had to get permission to resolve these issues. I have purchased three trucks there now. The first two experiences were great, that's why I've been a repeat customer even though I live quite far away. Different sales experience this time. Truck failed inspection because they didn't check it prior. Another salesman stole the driver floor mat out of my truck along with the foam cup holder inserts out of the front doors. My salesperson then took a floor mat from a different truck, but it has a hump and is deformed making my left foot want to slide under the brake pedal-not sure why the salesperson thought that was acceptable, i want a new properly fitting floor mat that matches like it had when I test drove it. I paid for undercoating to be done, salesperson "confirmed" it was done and the truck was ready to pick up. I was under the truck the next day and there wasn't one ounce of undercoating, they took my money for a service they didn't give me and lied and said it was done, they didn't even bother to clean the undercarriage, never mind applying the undercoating. Still waiting for resolutions for these issues. Would like to hear back from Matt. Now I will have to make multiple trips back and leave the truck there so they can clean it and apply the undercoationg. It was made very clear that I live far away and wanted it all done before I picked up, salesperson lied about it being done and now I have to go back and forth multiple times. No respect for my time whatsoever. More

Cannot say enough nice things about this dealership. It wasn't exactly conveniently located relative to my home but it was worth the trip to get such a nice car. Delivery experience was perfect, with the gentlemen from the dealership bringing it to my home and handing off the keys so I didn't have to make another trip to Mendon. I want to give a specific shout out to Lou Carvalho whose no-pressure approach made the experience completely stress free. More
