I have to say the folks at Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram are great. I worked with Shadi and from the initial day he was passed my lead he was right on top of following up. He was able to text with me Ram are great. I worked with Shadi and from the initial day he was passed my lead he was right on top of following up. He was able to text with me while I was at work to help me get answers and very flexible when it came to seeing me. He made the process easy and was willing to work with me to find a price we both could live with. Next I worked with Dave in Finance to complete the purchase and I cannot say enough great things about him. Dave made this finance process the easiest I have ever experienced. He was not a hard sell on the additional coverages they had to offer but highlighted the benefits of many of the options they have to offer. Finally I have to say I was extremely impressed with Andy Spirito. He was extremely friendly when I came back to pick up the car and talked to me while I was waiting for my turn with the Finance Department. After the process was complete he gave me his card and told me if I ever needed anything please reach out. Also the next day he called just to see how things with the vehicle were going. Could not ask for more out of this team. More
