Interaction with Waseem was brief, but unpleasent. His approach was aggressive, i.e. "I want to make a deal today", with a focus on I... what about me? Next he asked what I wanted for my trade in. He waved an app in my face showing about half the value. Told him I was not ready and he just walked away. Next day I bought a car at Imperial. The number I was offered for my trade in, no questions asked, was over $500 than the number I gave Waseem. More

I purchased a lemon Wrangler that was back and forth to the service department for a year until Ed Kelly finally got involved and helped me to get a loaner car and find a new Wrangler.
