Eddie gave us so many ideas but completely took what I wanted as the most important. He did not try and "upsell" us, really worked with what we could afford. We got a great deal for our trade in. I was left driving away in the PERFECT FOR ME TRAVERSE SUV! Great price, great car, low mileage for a used car. Eddie himself is kind, funny, accommodating, and low-pressure. I give the whole experience 10 out of 10! More

Great Experience I had visited several Jeep dealers recently to look at Wranglers and Grand Cherokees. I ended up deciding on a new 2019 Grand Cherokee. I was trading in a 2016 Jeep Cherokee with high mileage and first went to a different dealer where I had bought it but could not make a deal. Imperial is a little out of the way for me but I decided to stop by after work just to check out their inventory. I found a model I was interested in on the showroom floor and met Zack. It took some negotiating but I was able to find the deal I wanted. Zack was great to work with. He was patient and listened to my needs and never seemed pushy or adversarial.
