How much is the car????? Had set up an online appointment.... Walked in early and got attacked by a salesman. I asked to see JP and was told he was busy but the pouncer Junior would handle things.... As soon as I sat down with my son, the price of the car went up $1,100 dollars.... I was informed that was a trade in discount and I didn't qualify for it even thought the car was listed on 2 sites at the discounted rate ($14,888).. He hands me a paper sign with NO dollar figures.... Tax, Doc fee, Dealer fee. No numbers... I ask Junior what the sales tax would be and after 8 attempts to figure it out using his division key instead of the percentage key on his phone, I corrected him and found out, even with $3,000 down, it would still be $1,000+. Still no other dollar figures... I said I didn't want to waste my only day with my son at a dealership, so I offered to put $500 down and come back Tuesday to hammer out a deal. I was told they don't take deposites..... So I was corraled to go see Jeff the finance manager........... 25 minutes later, we were told it was our turn even though there was NO ONE in the office before us... We sit down and proceed to sit in silence for 20 more minutes as Jeff poked at his keyboard.... STILL no numbers even though I asked several people several times... FINALLY Jeff informs me I was approved but due to a repo 5+ years ago, My interest was 21%.... And my payment would be $427 a month for 60 months....... I stood up and my son and I walked out.... STILL No figures.... My son is pretty sharp and he figured that a now $15,988 dollar car with tax included, the payment should have been $309................... I got home and using their own calculator, I figured that the actual price I was set up to pay was $19,988......... That's WITH my $3,000 down............ for an initially priced $14,888 car....... My son had also done the figures and he ALSO came up with $20,000........ I got a call almost immediately from some dude that popped in for a minute during the proceedings and he sounded upset and sad that Jeff didn't pursue things more aggressively but NEVER bothered to call me back after I returned his call... Oh, Did I mention I drove an hour each way to come see this car and ALSO asked what the bottom line was if I was to pay cash for the car? I was told that they would actually charge me MORE because they were losing out on the interest. There was also a derogatory remark made by Jeff that "This type of deal Chrysler CHARGES the dealership $900 for..." No further explanation.... Avoid these clowns...... And for future use, Tell Junior % % % % <------ THAT'S the percent sign..... More

I told him of two particular cars that were of interest to me and he got back to me immediately with pricing (better than I expected!). I then went to the Chrysler store and met with Frank Dumas-both the cars were warm and ready to go! I made my decision and was introduced to Jeff in finance. An issue came up with paperwork and I was offered a loaner car to use while it was straightened out, which was wonderful. Bonnie Holbrook was diligent with getting the situation settled and kept me informed each step of the way. Frank went on vacation the following week, but that didn’t keep him from giving me updates or meeting me when my car was ready to make sure I was completely satisfied (wow-who does that?). I feel like I was treated like I was the only customer in the world and have nothing but good things to say about Imperial. JP and the team were a pleasure to work with. I love my new (to me) car! He listened to our wishes and concerns and spent as much time as necessary to find us the right car. When it came time to negotiate price he had lots of suggestions on what we could do to get the price into our budget. He ended up finding a better car than we wanted, right within our budget with his knowledge of manufacturer rebates. He felt like a regular guy who was trying to help a young family, rather than a pushy salesman. We were a great team and we would definitely go back. More

Fast forward 6 years and were ready to buy again and of course, this is where we find the exact make/model I wanted. This time we get to listen to the sob story, it's not your problem it's ours, we owe so much on this car...blah, blah, blah. The salesman admits my trade has no issue beyond high mileage and what it's worth at auction but yet the finance manager insults our intelligence by offering half the NADA value. Buyer beware if you decide to go here, typical slick salespeople who assume all customers are dense. We left with about a 2500 gap. Then they prove they don't want to sell cars with no follow up call....nothing. More

I worked with a wonderful gentlemen Jim I had the pleasure of purchasing my new vehicle from Imperial last week. I am absolutly in love with my Jeep. I worked with a wonderful gentlemen Jim Durke. Jim not only took his time to show me as many cars as possible we did in in 5 degree weather. He not once complained or rushed me. He would warm each vehicle up and walk me through each and every car I looked at and all the benefits I was in search for. He never once pushed a vehicle me. He was so helpful and kind and caring about helping me. I was not able to purchase my vehicle that day because it was just to cold and dark to really get a good look at things, so we scheduled time for the following day. Jim had a few cars out font waiting for me all warmed up and ready to test drive again. He walked me through all of the features and how things works. He took his time and was very thorough. He also gave me a great deal on my new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. He has since followed up multiple times even on his day off to make sure I didn't have questions and that I was happy. I would highly recommend going to see Jim for your next car purchase and the team at Imperial. More
