Garrett my sales rep was friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable, and was extremely responsive. If I am being completely honest, there were a few of the typical car dealership situations, however, the end result was a happy customer. The unique environment and overall friendly staff made it less painful and I am now driving a 2018 Jeep! If you haven't been to Imperial - it is worth a look.
