We were told if we wanted a good deal we had to go with there finance company and not our own. We ended up getting a 6.5% APR on a credit score of 725! Then it took a whole week for the car to be delivered... poor communication to say the least. We had called the dealer multiple times to check on the status of the Jeep and were told that we had to talk with Tim...Well Tim was not working! We tried to talk to the sales manager thinking perhaps he could assist us but nope we had to talk to Tim...This was very frustrating. we ended up refinancing our loan to our own bank at 3.14% financing. We are very happy with our Jeep but will not be a returning customer at Imperial. More
