2 great guys, overall terrible experience I’m a nutshell, Garrett Cole didn’t know what he was talking about, delivered on none of his promises, and let me drive away in an unsafe vehicle. He brushed off my concerns and encouraged me to keep the “safe” vehicle until it was too late to to back out of the deal. An independent mechanic then looked at the car and was shocked that I was allowed to drive off the lot with it. While there were many issues with the vehicle, the most troubling thing was the right front axel that was split in half. Garrett knew that I was looking for a safe vehicle to drive my 2.5 year old around in and that’s what he set me up with. And also what he insisted was in “perfect” condition. The text message that I got from him the next morning, saying that he needed me to come back because he’d accidentally put the wrong floor mats in, should’ve been a red flag. Sadly, I ignored it and bet on the reputation Imperial has made for themselves. That said, Rami Awad in financing and David in service were both an absolute delight to do business with. Because they are such good men, I’m hopeful that Garrett is just the one bad egg in an otherwise good company. But I wouldn’t recommend anyone else take that chance and end up where I am. More
