The best sales experience with a Chrysler I have bought 2 other Chryslers from another dealership and the sales team and finance manager here at Imperial FAR exceed any other dealership I have I have bought 2 other Chryslers from another dealership and the sales team and finance manager here at Imperial FAR exceed any other dealership I have been to. They worked past closing time to get the best deal, in light of being upside down on my trade-in. Negotiations were so smooth and there was no senseless first offer by the dealer! 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I walked into Imperial Jeep on 2/19 with the intent to purchase a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I was greeted by Tim Donohue and was directed to Pedro. Although I walked into Imperial Jeep on 2/19 with the intent to purchase a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I was greeted by Tim Donohue and was directed to Pedro. Although Pedro works for Ford he was very receptive and informative about my options, and to teaching me about all that the Jeep Wrangler has to offer. I wish I had came here first Because of where i live Imperial was the furthest point. So i had planned to visit them last if needed. But as soon as I walked in to Imperial i knew i was at the right place. The atmosphere was very relaxed and it had a homey feeling to it. Awesome Experience My niece was getting her license and we decided she should have my car, so I needed a new one quickly. I went into it with dread because I figured it would be a hideous day. It soooo was not. My salesman, Joel Cohen, was fabulous, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, low-key. I don't respond well to high pressure and he ended up being the perfect person for me to deal with. I got the car of my dreams for the price I wanted to pay without any hassle. And from there, they handled all the minutia for me, which was incredible because I'm so busy. I love my car, I love Imperial, and I love my salesman. I can't imagine ever trading this gorgeous car in, but if that day comes, I'll be right back at Joel's desk for another fabulous car-buying experience. Thank you, guys!! More
