We bought a 2022 Jeep Cherokee yesterday, and as always, the team at Imperial Cars did a fabulous job. Dave was very helpful following a bad experience at another dealership in which the vehicle I was to purchase at the other dealership was sold in the middle of my paperwork. I was hesitant and nervous about going to another dealership, but I found a comparable truck at Imperial to the one I was to purchase elsewhere. Dave along with Sam Santrisi made me feel comfortable and worked with me to make a similar purchase happen at Imperial, going above and beyond to make it happen and put me at ease as well as within my budget. Both of these gentlemen were accommodating and certainly made me leave felling a whole lot better than at the other dealership. Not to mention I left with a better warranty package than I had expected. Given how uneasy I felt when walking in, by the time I left I felt as if I had been doing business with Imperial for as long as my family and I had been doing with the dealership I purchased my last 3 trucks from. We chose to give Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram a try…..we were pleasantly surprised!!! JP is a GREAT salesperson, but he is much more than that! He was able to connect with us on a personal level and that effort helped us to feel we could trust his statement “I will do everything I can to make the whole process as easy, transparent and fast as possible”. Throughout the process, we combined our own knowledge of the current global market and consumer supply chain with the more detailed information from JP. As a result, we feel that our decision to buy (instead of lease) our new vehicle was an informed decision. JP, also is very personable, provides answers to questions we were unaware we should ask and eager to make the purchasing process as seamless and painless as possible. When pushed for details, every rep ended up either saying the vehicle was sold or pre-sold or they just ghosted me and stopped responding. It seems like the rare vehicle that I want is an unfair and deceptive bait and switch tactic. More

I came in to purchase a RAM 2500 for our business. The dealership is one hour away from my home, and I had my eye set on a model that was in stock. Like most, I don't enjoy the car buying process. I arrived and Khalil brought the car out only to come out and tell me it was just sold. As you can imagine, I was upset, angry, and assumed this was a typical bate and switch. I was wrong. Khalil found me another model (in a color that my business partner and I actually wanted) and salvaged the deal by giving me the car 2.2K below MSRP! I was in and out of the dealership in less than 75 minutes. David Kerr, head of finance, didn't waste any time. I told him I was not interested in any add-ons, and we wrapped everything up in not time. David was very knowledgeable and courteous. Worked with Bill Ott guy is nothing short of a thief. I've read so many bad reviews about him and prayed I didn't have to deal with him. Unfortunately I did and found out exactly what so many people complained about. He's rude,talks down to you plus he even swore at me when I challenged him on the phone. Told me if I don't like it pick up your truck and take it somewhere else. How does anyone talk to a customer and still have a job like that? I'll never return unless he's not there. More
