I had been looking for a used car but Sean Ewing, the sales I bought a used Ford Ranger from Imperial and the staff could not have been more helpful. I had been looking for a used car but Sean Ewing, the salesman, listened to what I wanted and suggested that I look at the Ranger and I fell in love with the vehicle. It took a few days for the paperwork and check to clear but since I was busy with work Sean brought the paperwork to my house for me to review and sign. Great Overall Experience. Tim and the Gang were tremendous Met with Tim on Saturday just to test drive a couple of Jeep Wranglers that Imperial had on the lot. He treated us like we were in his home. I couldn't be happier. I came right out and told him I wasn't looking to purchase today. I just wanted to test drive and start the learning process. I left that day feeling that I had a wonderful experience. There was no pressure. Tim understood all of my needs and concerns. I couldn't be more impressed with my initial experience so I went back two days later to finalize the deal. The entire time in between we spoke via text. He worked on getting me into the price range and deal I was hoping for. We ended up stepping up in trim level all due to his no pressure, friendly, pleasant attitude. I did not once feel like I wasn't the customer. Dave Mello, Sales Manager, and Mike Walsh in Finance were awesome to meet and work with as well. I will definately go out of my way to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership even though it is in the complete opposite direction of my daily commute. Frank and I hit it off right away he was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Frank and I test drove the car I was interested in. To make a long story short we came to an agreement on the price and he sold me a car. As a salesman myself I would have no problem recommending this dealership to anyone.
