My experience with Sales Man, Frank Dumas was very pleasant. He was no pressure, knowledgeable, and the process was orderly. I went to Imperial at 4pm and drove out with my new car at 6pm. They do all the work for you. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who asked. More

Great dealer, great buying experience! I was in the market for a new truck and decided to stop in at imperial Chrysler as we also purchased my wife's Grand Cherokee from them as well. The salesman Marc Mastroanni who also sold us the Grand Cherokee showed me a megacab that had been traded in! After a couple road tests I decided to purchase the vehicle . The whole transaction was flawless and relaxed including financing with Jeff over at the ford building. The hardest part of the whole ordeal was saying goodbye to my old diesel ram! We went on a test drive and had a nice little talk about the jeep and about each other. Got back to the dealership and he let me decide if I wanted to move forward with running numbers and getting my current car appraised. He said it's always nice to just know where your at, if anything. Which was good advice, so we did just that.... Well needless to say, I drove home in a 2015 orange Jeep Renegade. It's the cutest thing, and so is Frank!!! More

I used TrueCar.com to get me a good price and he worked with me on the True Car price, but more importantly, he was focused on making sure that my car buying experience was enjoyable, which it was! I would recommend anyone who plans on buying from this dealership to see Dave. For the financing part, Karyn took great care of me. She walked me through the process to make sure I understood everything. She has a very calm way about her that makes you feel for at ease. I've been to other dealerships that just try to move the paper work along so that they can get on to the next sale, this was different. Online, I stumbled upon Imperial Jeep in Mendon as a last effort to find a Cherokee I wanted. They had it. The trim, the color, the options, the price met my parameters. I went and met Joel. We took a test drive. It was a most informative test drive. Joel went the extra mile (literally and figuratively) to insure all my questions were addressed. He brought new and pertinent information to the conversation as well. Back at his desk we went through the typical car buying process in an atypical way. His candidness and demeanor patience and actions spoke to the simultaneous individual goals of working together for me to BUY the Jeep and for Joel to SELL the Jeep. It did not stop there.... he has followed up with phone calls and reminders about service and support. If there is one criticism it would be: expect to hang out with this man and chat a while. His stories are funny and engaging. AND you won't even notice the time passing. I have since told many of my positive experience with Joel at IMPERIAL JEEP in MENDON. Being this is my eighth time purchasing from a dealership I've had my share of, lets say: frustration quotient met. Not the case with JOEL COHEN, with IMPERIAL JEEP. I Bought my wife's car at Imperial a couple years ago. There was a "he said-she said" situation where I was told I would receive something, but didn't. The salesman was incorrect, but it was a "too bad" type scenario. I emailed the owner (Marty Meehan) and complained. HE was the one who called me back. NOT an employee, but the actual owner. He rectified the situation as we came to a more than fair scenario. So, I went from never on planning to buy another car there, to buying another one Friday night. Everyone was great. Karyn in finance was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with as well as the salesman (Jon) and the manager (JP). Highly recommend the Jeep Grand Cherokee as well!!!! More
