Treatred as if i was one of the family I recently purchased my first new car EVER.....I delt with an outstanding sales person (Mark Detoma)..I was extreemly nervious as this was the first t I recently purchased my first new car EVER.....I delt with an outstanding sales person (Mark Detoma)..I was extreemly nervious as this was the first time ever in my 50 years that i was going to purchase my first ever brand new car, Mark made the entire process frome start to finish as if i was a family member.He was very thourough about explaining the cost differences between a new and used car price and finace .Marc is very knowlagable in all aspect of the car industrie as he was once an automobile mechanic.I found Marc as to be the most honast car salesperson i have ever had the pleasure of meeting and would without hesitation recomend Mark to any person looking to puchase a new or used vehical .Mark defenatly bursted the bubble on what i had expected a (sleezy ) car salesperson to be .The whole experiance was a pleasure and again i would recomend Marc Detoma to anyone wether its your first time or your tenth.....Thanks again Marc it was a pleasure to have met you...Alice P. I came to the dealership with an exact idea of what I wanted, and Ed K I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from Imperial and had a fantastic experience! I came to the dealership with an exact idea of what I wanted, and Ed Kelley along with JP Carlo ensured that I left with the exact jeep I sought. Not only did they find me the perfect jeep, there was no pressure to buy anything I didn't want. Also, when it was time to do the finance, no meant no! I was not pressured to get any additional services or policies that I did not want. Overall, I'd highly recommend buying anything Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge from these men! More
