I test drove 2 Ram pick up trucks, a 6 and 8 cyl to see which one was better for my needs. I was really comfortable with David. I did not buy at that time and I ended up visiting some other dealerships for pricing and trade appraisals. When I returned at a later time, I would meet JP a sales manager to work out the specifics and ended up with Mike in finance. All the way through the process it was a great experience. Aaron, another sales manager answered one of the post sale questions I had. I have had a lot of experience buying cars over the years and this was one of the best overall experiences I had when buying a car. I would highly recommend this dealership based upon my personal experience with them. More

Imperial's Finance Mgr (Karyn Ingram) worked close with banks to find us the lowest cost financing possible and also provided us lots of good insights into the overall process. While we checked out multiple other dealerships, we were extremely impressed with Ed and his ability to address our needs. Ed was very patient as we checked out the huge selection of Jeeps and answered our questions honestly. Ed clearly understands the right way to sell a vehicle and how to retain a customer!! Ed made us feel like family and followed up a number of times to ensure all concerns were addressed. He is the reason we will purchase our next vehicle(s) from Imperial. A Miracle!!! When I walked into the dealership I was met by Andy who was very attentive to my needs. You see, my wife and I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in January When I walked into the dealership I was met by Andy who was very attentive to my needs. You see, my wife and I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in January and it was discharged on March 9th. A few days ago, I got into a car accident and my Dodge Journey was totaled. With a credit score of about 540 and being self employed, I didn't think I had a prayer of getting a replacement car. Boy, was I wrong. I was not only able to replace my 2013 Dodge Journey with 50k miles on it with a loan that was 11%, but Mike the business manager manged to get me a loan on a 2014 Dodge Journey with only 14k miles on it for 6.7% which made my payments drop about $100 per month. WOW, like I said a miracle!! Besides all that, I used to deal with Central Dodge in Norwood since it was a lot closer to my house in Dover, but after doing research online, checking out all the dealerships in eastern Mass, no other dealership came close to the inventory and prices that Imperial had. It was definitely worth the trip!! More
