The sales guy was an outright xxxxxxx and I left swearing I would never go back and every time I needed a new car I avoided Imperial like the plague. It has been over 20 years and I had brought my Cadillac to Imperial for warranty service and they were great. I thought I would give them a second chance at a sale. After testing a bunch of vehicles over a few weeks I decided that I wanted to check out the Jeep Cherokee. I checked out the prices online and knew they were way to low. Just as they claim on the website the website prices are lower as the price reflects all possible rebates on the vehicles listed, but you probably don't qualify for all of them. Not a negative, we all know the price of an auto is open to negotiation at any dealership. I went down to the dealership and I met salesman Ed Kelly. From the time I walked in the door to the time I came back and picked up my Jeep Cherokee, Ed was one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with. It was a no pressure sales experience.I had a number I was willing to pay and Ed was able to meet that number. He was very accommodating and worked his butt off in a snowstorm to get the vehicle ready for pickup the next day. Ed is an upbeat, positive guy who was willing to work with me to get the deal done. If you are in the Dodge/Jeep market and go to Imperial ask for Ed. I had Karyn process my financial paperwork. She was fast, friendly, and gave some good advice. Outstanding visit to Imperial Dodge. Search for the "right" Jeep Wrangler at the best price. We have been looking for an options package for a two door Jeep Wrangler for quite some time. We had never been to Imperial Cars before, but after seeing so many Jeeps detailed on their internet ads (with GREAT photos), coupled with intriguing sale prices, we decided to invest the time, make the drive and check out the Mendon dealership. Wow - what a pleasant surprise! The layout of the three dealerships with so much to look at (both cars/trucks/Jeeps and memorabilia) was incredible. We found a "Red Tag Special" brand new 2015 Jeep that met all our needs and was configured perfectly with regard to options and appearance features. After taking a terrific test drive, we worked up the numbers with Rick; including our trade allowance. We are extremely happy with the overall experience. The final cost for the Jeep, coupled with the professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail shown to my wife and I by the Sales Consultant (Rick Panorese) and Sales Manager (Dave Mello) could not be beat. Our experience was a no nonsense, professional, and enjoyable event. We recommend these folks for buying a new Jeep Wrangler or any other vehicle that best suits your family needs. These folks are even delivering our Jeep to us (out of state) at no additional cost once we finally get some good weather. After I knew what I wanted to buy, JP was able to give me a great price and made sure he was able to qualify me for all of the rebates available. I saw Karyn quikly after to secure financing and make sure my payment was exactly what I thought. I came back the next day for the family to see and the kids loved the showroom, with the whole staff making it a very inviting atmosphere. I know this sounds like a commercial but they really made this a great experience and I will definitely buy from them again.
