Some Hiccups, But It"s All Good In The End Jim Burke was very friendly to deal with. He took phone calls and found the answers to my questions and returned calls several times. Although the dealership was a little out of my travel circle, I found the truck I wanted on line and spoke with Lou Frasca on the phone. It was worth the trip. When it came time to meet with Mike Walsh in finance there was some miscommunication as to how many dollars can be put on a credit card but all was worked out. Just one tip, if your looking for a specific car, call first and make sure they can find it on their lot and they have it ready for you to see. I did not call ahead and it took them almost an hour to locate the truck I had seen on the internet. All in all, the experience was very good and I would definitely buy from this dealership and specifically Jim Burke again. More

Between Mark and JP Carlo we were able to close the deal with only a little of back and forth haggling for the best price. For this team alone I would go back to Imperial. After picking up my new Jeep there were a few minor things missing and Marc was all over it and got it resolved quickly! I wish the finance guy put half the efforts into the deal as these guys did, but Overall I am still extremely happy with my purchase and experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.
