An enjoyable experience I was in the market for a RAM 4x4 truck. After walking the lot for approximately ten minutes, Rami Awad approached us and asked if we needed help. He helped us find the vehicle that was right for us, and was very professional during the process. After identifying the car we wanted to buy, securing financing was the next step, and we never knew how fortunate we would be when we were walked back in to Karyn Ingram's office. Normally financing is a painful experience, however, Karyn provided step by step guidance and education with helpful tips on how to improve your credit score, as well as money saving tips that can result in cash in your pocket instead of the financing company's. Imperial provides everything you need and more in a car dealership. There is no reason to shop for a vehicle anywhere else. I'm sure i'll be back in four more years for another new vehicle. At 8pm we walked out having bought a 2011 pre owned Ford Fusion. Our salesman, Edward Kelly, was very upbeat, knowledgeable and professional..So we decided to buy a car with his guidance. After deciding to buy the car we were taken to Mike Walsh the finance guy who continued to make our experience enjoyable. He was also friendly, professional, and knew his stuff! Every member of the staff that walked by greeted us with a smile.. We were also glad that the manager did not come over and give us some big "mumbo jumbo" routine.
