A Family Affair I was in the Market for a different car because I wanted to trade in my FWD for 4WD. I was introduced to Dave Boratyn by a Family Member who is employ I was in the Market for a different car because I wanted to trade in my FWD for 4WD. I was introduced to Dave Boratyn by a Family Member who is employed at Imperial, and he told me Dave was a good kid, and would take care of me. Dave was informed by my relative about all the specifics of what I had, what I was looking for ,and what I desired, not only in regards to specifications, but also what my financial limit was, and my Financial limit was firm. Dave had his work cut out for him. Well, Dave called me to schedule an appointment for me to come in, he was 100% flexible to MY schedule, and when I arrived at my scheduled time, HE FOUND WHAT I NEEDED, WHAT I WANTED, AND WHAT I COULD AFFORD. You would have thought we spent weeks discussing my needs/wants. He is VERY knowledgeable. He was communicative through out the whole process, as there needed to be some repairs done before the complete trade could be done. He kept me informed the whole time.
