This service department is the worst. brought my 2015 wrangler in for top end knocking noise they took part top end apart needed to replace cam shafts rockers and valve tappets. Picked up brought my 2015 wrangler in for top end knocking noise they took part top end apart needed to replace cam shafts rockers and valve tappets. Picked up drove 45 miles Jeep started surging at stop light. Brought back to dealer . Replaced two more camshaft’s that they claimed warranty company would not cover the first time! Also replaced wire harness to throttle body that some how got damaged! Had to pick up Jeep for scheduled body work .they said Jeep still surging .they said they had 7 technicians working on it and could not figure it out. They said bring it back after body work is finished. Now at this point I am angry and annoyed! Decided not to bring back to dealer and wor on it myself . What I found was a cut wire to throttle body , intake was leaking due to stripping out bolt holes then filling holes withers silicone on lower intake.witch now has to be replaced also found a cracked pcv valve that they said had to be replaced with new one looks like they forgot about it this work preformed cost almost 4000.00$ pay out by warranty company I would not ever recommend this service department for any work to anyone More

Worked with Bill Ott guy is nothing short of a thief. I've read so many bad reviews about him and prayed I didn't have to deal with him.
