I dont even know where to begin. They have rather high review ratings which is astounding. To start issues with getting any calls returned, I suspect it was due to me wanting to use my own financing that they couldn't match. I called to inquire and finally got Ahmad on the phone, this man blamed me getting no update for days on the car salesman. I did speak to the car saleseman and he had no update plus it wasnt his job to get financing. But as a manager you NEVER put blame on your associate, You are a manager you deal with the issues. They clearly don't value their employees. Then, I finally get the car, it took 10 days for them to send me the registration. I go for an inspection sticker and it FAILED. I'm now driving my new to me(it's a 2017) car with a rejection sticker. It needs a passenger ball joint. They sold a car that can't pass safety inspection. Called multiple times, no call back as usual, ask for a service manager and no one is ever there. Finally they say bring it in and we will see what we can do. You will see!!!?? But that's not all, last night driving with my husband and 1 year old son, we hear this really odd noise and a scraping sound. When my husband looks a brand new rim we just put on is all scratched on the inside. When he looks further the brake caliper has a bolt missing and has come apart and is now rubbing and scratching my new rim and obv wasn't working to its compacity to help stop! Can you imagine what could have happened if that wasn't found when it was! I don't even want to bring my car there now for the ball joint, the mechanics are clearly not quality workers. Stay away from here is my advice, nothing but a headache. More

***Buyer Beware*** We purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson from Imperial Hyundai of Milford during the Summer of 2020. The vehicle had around 38,000 miles on it, and we purchased an extended warranty through from Imperial Hyundai of Milford during the Summer of 2020. The vehicle had around 38,000 miles on it, and we purchased an extended warranty through the dealership to up our coverage for 100,000 miles from when we purchased the vehicle. Our vehicle now has around 66,000 miles on it and recently had a check engine light, so we brought it to the dealership to look at. After three plus weeks of calling, leaving messages and not getting called back, being on hold, having the call disconnected and providing proof of oil changes (Once I could finally get someone to tell me where to send it. It looks four days and 3-5 phone calls) for the under 30,000 miles we have owned the vehicle we are being told it’s not covered because of engine neglect. Now Imperial wants us to pay $13,000 to fix an issue they obviously sold us the vehicle with. STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE! More
