Ignored and belittled I stopped by to get my recalls done I was ignored the first time. The second time I was asked if I wanted to buy a new car instead. They finally to I stopped by to get my recalls done I was ignored the first time. The second time I was asked if I wanted to buy a new car instead. They finally took down my information. I called to get an update and was told that they could not get the parts to fix the recalls because my car was a 2004! I took my car to another Toyota dealership that fixed the recalls within 2 weeks. More

Excellent Sales Team at DCH I have purchased many cars over the years, but my experience at DCH last week was by far the best ever. Jaime M was knowledgeable, professional and t I have purchased many cars over the years, but my experience at DCH last week was by far the best ever. Jaime M was knowledgeable, professional and the opposite of the "pushy salesman" that has unfortunately become standard at most dealerships. He listened to what I wanted, quickly found an exact match and I was out the door in under 3 hours driving my "new to me" RAV4. He made sure the car was cleaned, had a full tank of gas and activated/explained the Sirius radio even though it was after 8 and he should have been heading home! I would highly recommend DCH to anyone looking for a new or used car and suggest you ask for Jaime if you want to experience the least stressful car buying experience ever. More
