We had a great experience working with Majed. We had been looking for a 2024 Grand Highlander Hybrid for a while with no luck. We went to Imperial Toyota to order one and after talking to Majed, We had been looking for a 2024 Grand Highlander Hybrid for a while with no luck. We went to Imperial Toyota to order one and after talking to Majed, he was able to locate a pre-used one that had just hit their lot. What stood out to me was Majed's patience throughout the process. He was also very kind enough to help us set up the carplay before we drove off with our lovely Grand Highlander. I definitely recommend Imperial Toyota and if possible, ask for Majed. More
