I've had many issues with this dealership in the past while leasing my car and many in the sales and service departments treated me like a "dumb female". My registration was messed up and never fixed my this dealership. However it is close to where I live so I come here for service. They FINALLY hired someone with customer service skills who is attentive and knows how to communicate and her name is SOAMY MORALES! She was incredible and washed out the bad taste this dealership has given me in the past. While I will never go back to the sales department, I think I will only ever deal with Soamy going forward. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car. She gets 5 stars but deserves waaaay more. More

I can't say enough about Bob Bailargeon and his sales staff at Imperial Toyota. Even in the midst of supply chain challenges, he not only delivered the gorgeous RAV4 Prime I wanted, but stayed in touch staff at Imperial Toyota. These days it's rare to get personalized care, but Bob hung in there with me, rejoiced that my car was on its way, and celebrated about as much as I did when it arrived.
