Came in with my wife to test drive a used Grand Caravan with 42K miles advertised on internet for $19,800. Right before we went out for the test drive with Christian (very nice young man, only at the deale with 42K miles advertised on internet for $19,800. Right before we went out for the test drive with Christian (very nice young man, only at the dealership for two months), the manager (Minio) came and exchanged the usual pleasantries with us. When we got back to the dealership the internet price (that had been the same for the last two weeks and which we had looked at that morning before going in) had magically increased to $25,900. I was stunned by the blatant bait and switch with the price. The manager, Minio, actually had the gall to say that they did not switch the price just because we were interested in the vehicle and asked if we had a screen shot of it. Although I didn't show it I was pretty mad. Came home and looked up the same vehcile on other sites (cargurus, edmunds etc.) and the car was still advertised at the original list price of $19,800. I sent three screenshots to the sales guy and told him that if the manager would honor the price we would be back to make a deal. Manager said no so we drove to the Ontario Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge dealership and bought a certified pre-owned Grand Caravan with 43K miles for internet price of $19,577 with 7 year/100K manufacturer warranty. No hastles no bait and switch. Never going to the IV dealer again. More

Poor buying experience I attempted to buy a used vehicle from this dealership. Called, told then I was interested 2 weeks prior, then got approved for financing and let them I attempted to buy a used vehicle from this dealership. Called, told then I was interested 2 weeks prior, then got approved for financing and let them know I would be in a specific day to sign the paperwork and buy it. Half way into the 3.5 hr drive to the dealership I receive a phone call saying the vehicle had been sold the previous day despite calling to confirm it was still available. It's extremely dissapointing to go through the process and effort for a vehicle to have a dealership sell it out from under you. The person I was in contact with was not informed of it being sold at the time so from that standpoint it was not their fault. Still very poor communication among employees at the dealership though. More
