Literally the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I filled out an application for a used car, sent pictures of my trade in vehicle, on the phone back and forth for hours. They kept me goi in a while. I filled out an application for a used car, sent pictures of my trade in vehicle, on the phone back and forth for hours. They kept me going just to tell me the car I was about to buy was sold. I'm literally in the process of buying the vehicle and they sold it to someone else. They do not care about YOU! They will con you and lie to you just to get your hard earned money. That's all that matters, is money. Disgusting people at this place. Thanks Edmundo for wasting my time, xxxxxxxx! More

I only give a 5 star because of the service advisor Abraham. The service was a horrible experience that no one should go through, but Abraham made it right in the end. The mechanic who initially work Abraham. The service was a horrible experience that no one should go through, but Abraham made it right in the end. The mechanic who initially worked on our car should not be working there, he left parts off the car, parts not put back together correctly, radio not working, driver seatbelt inoperable, grease marks all over the interior. The point is, this shouldn’t happen at a dealership quality service level. Backyard mechanic, yes, these things could be expected. I’m still not sure if I will go back, even though Abraham did have the incident corrected. More
Went here on line trying to find a truck to buy and the salesperson sent me three emails on Friday and one on Saturday. They explain it was there day off but were still wanting to help me and they passed m salesperson sent me three emails on Friday and one on Saturday. They explain it was there day off but were still wanting to help me and they passed my information on to Alex. Well that was Saturday and now it is Monday and I haven't heard from them at all. I can't belive they let a potential buyer hang out there without any correspondence. You would think that being part of a sales industry that they would try and keep potential buyers. This place has turned me off from even looking at any El Centro dealerships. I would never go back to them if they treat buyers like this. More
