Everything went great with trade in and purchase. However the cleaning of the car before we received was not great when we asked for a better wash they told us they are not a professional detailer but did wa the cleaning of the car before we received was not great when we asked for a better wash they told us they are not a professional detailer but did wash it again and it truly was no better than the first wash. We showed them our concerns on the cleaning and again we where told that they are not professional cleaners. I was pretty upset because if you have a car lot and selling vehicles for more than $20,000 I would expect at least a decent detail on a car that has been on the lot for over 90 days. Lastly the customer is not always right at this place and they will inform you of that every chance they get. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Indy auto man and I can say after this last experience it will be my last. More

The worst dealer I have ever worked with. They lied throughout the entire process. Lied about fee's and cost of items. When it came down to the finance numbers and there were items on there that was no throughout the entire process. Lied about fee's and cost of items. They did not want to remove them. We could not end up doing business with a dealer that was this dishonest and rude. More
