The biggest issue is sales person follow-up after the sale! Still waiting for a call regarding a part I need. Other than that, the deal was fair. The trade allowance wasnt right and seeing it on their website selling for nearly $4k more than I got for it was frustrating. Tim in finance was great.

The good is they had a Pacifica with the features I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. Steve was willing to stay a little late to help me out.
The bad was that I attempted to call at least 4 times over a 2-3 hr period and let them know I was coming. All I could do was leave a voice mail. Finally someone texted me to say the salesman I first talked to was off and could he call me in the morning. Since I'm a commercial driver I don't do texts while driving. Seems they expect everyone to text or email and don't pay attention to their phones. If I had not put money down to hold it till I could stop by I would not have stopped.
Steve saved the sale.
The paperwork took way too long and I realized that in the big city they trusted no one. That's one reason I like doing business in smaller towns when possible.

Other than how long it took just to diagnose and order the part to fix my air compressor the service turned out pretty well and they fixed it within a day
